Why i can’t connect the camera to my phone? I use the SIM card included.

First, reset the camera before connected, wait the indicator turn into a blue light constant state, add the camera in APP.

If still can’t connect, please check whether all the usage permissions of app have been opened.

Can I use my own SIM card rather than the included one?

A Nano SIM card is included which includes 300MB of free roaming data and you can also use SIM cards from Telus Mobility, Bell Mobility, Rogers AT&T Wireless.

How much does the included SIM card cost per month for this 4G Cellular security camera?

Since it’s a 4G camera, it requires cellular data for normal use. We provide 300MB free data for test.

Celluar Data Plan: $39.9 for 3GB(30days); $129.9 for 6GB(180days); $199.9 for 12GB(360days);

The camera only connected for 1 day, then suddenly offline, what happened ?

If you are using the SIM card we offered, and you’ve connected it successfully before, please check if it is due to the SIM card not have any remaining cellular data. (As the SIM card we offered ONLY has 300MB free cellular data for testing)

I recharged the SIM card, camera still offline, why ?

The SIM card requires reactivation after you recharge it.

First turn off the camera, pull out the SIM card, insert it again, restart and reset the camera, wait until the indicator light turn into a blue light constant state, add the camera again.
