A1: At present, our system is the new Android 12.0 system. The hardware of some APPs only supports installation on Android boxes with lower operating systems, so there will be incompatibility. Q2: Can this box be connected via wifi?

Q3: Why my IR remote control can’t work properly?

Q4: Why is my Android box not the rooted version?
A4: The Android TV box is updated with the optional ”Root” version, if you need the Root version of your Android box, please go to the top right corner of Settings – ”device perferences” – ”Root enable” ”-“Root enable”, check the right button and turn on, that is, the Android box is already the ROOT version, turn off the non-ROOT version.
Q5: Android box not working properly?

How to adjust the backlight color?
1. Pressing the ‘Fn’ and ‘F2’ key to get Red or Green or Blue backlit modes.
2. Pressing the ‘Fn’ key and scroll left and right at the touchpad bottom for backlight which you like.
When Fn and F1 keys are pressed at the same time, the keyboard is locked. It needs to be paired manually.
1. Insert the USB dongle into the USB port and turn on the keyboard.
2. Move the keyboard close to the USB dongle.
3. Hold down the “Fn” key, and then long press the “F1” key. Release the buttons when the blue indicator light flashes quickly.
4. When the blue light stops flashing, it means the keyboard and the USB dongle are paired successfully. Turn off the keyboard and turn it on again to find it works.
