DAP DryDex Wall Repair Patch Kit comes with all of the tools needed to complete a wall-patching project. This kit may be used to repair holes up to 3 inches in diameter in drywall, plaster, or masonry surfaces. DRYDEX Spackle provides a unique dry-time indicator that indicates when the patched surface is ready to be sanded and painted. Country of Origin: United States.

Application Instructions

• Make sure the area to be repaired is clean, dry, firm and free of any loose debris or materials.
– Using enclosed putty knife, apply the DRYDex Spackling to the back of the patch. If necessary, this patch can be cut with a regular pair of scissors to fit smaller holes or cracks. Press the patch against the surface to be repaired. Press firmly around the outer edges of the patch to ensure a strong bond.
– Using the enclosed putty knife, spread the DRYDex Spackling over the patch and adjacent area. Make sure to feather edge the patch.
– Spackling Compound will change color from pink to white when the surface is ready to be sanded & painted.
– Once spackling compound is completely dry, use the enclosed sandpaper and sand the patched area to a smooth finish.
– Apply a second finishing coat if necessary following the instructions above.
– Paint the patched surface as desired.

Note: To retain the effectiveness of the dry time indicator, keep the container tightly closed after use.
