1. Why can’t I play Netflix/Canadianbestseller Prime/Hulu/Disneye videos?

Streaming videos or programs are copyrighted and cannot be viewed directly.

You can connect the projector to your laptop to play videos or use a Fire Stick to enjoy videos. (Please disable Dolby Digital Plus when connecting the stick)

2. How does the TR25 projector connect to AirPlay?

Make sure the phone and projector are connected to the same WIFI. Select AirPlay on the home page, open the same screen mirroring on the mobile phone, select TR25-Airplay-XXXX and wait for 4 seconds.

Select Miracast for Android devices.

3. How to adjust the screen size and angle of the TR25 portable projector?

Go to [home page]—-select [Settings]—-select [OPTION]—-use the arrow keys on the remote control to switch the menu.

Select projection zoom to adjust the screen size. Select keystone correction to adjust the angle ±40°

4. Why can’t my mobile phone connect to the Bluetooth of the projector?

The TR25 projector is compatible with Bluetooth headsets, Bluetooth speakers, and AirPods, but not with Bluetooth keyboards or Bluetooth phones. Use the built-in speakers or connect audio equipment for even better results!

5. How to set up your personalized smart projector?

Go to [home page]—-Select [Settings], you can use the arrow keys on the remote control to select picture mode, color temperature, noise reduction and sound mode for personalized settings.

Then adjust each mode to your liking.
