1. Can I edit the map on eufy Clean G40 via the eufy Clean app?

No. The cleaning history only displays the “cleaning area” and “cleaning time” for your reference. It cleans according to the zigzag cleaning method. When cleaning is finished, it will clean the edges and corners by following the edges of the house.

2. Does the RoboVac G40 support self-empty?

Yes. It supports this feature. However, the RoboVac doesn’t come with a self-empty station in its box. If you would like it to empty dust automatically, a separate self-empty station needs to be ordered.

3. Can eufy Clean G40 operate on rugs?

Generally, it can work on carpets up to 26mm, but there are special circumstances where very thick wool or hard carpet sweepers may not work. If RoboVac is required to reach the carpet from the floor, the carpet must be less than 17mm.

4. How to ensure successfully docking?

Make sure to install the charging base at a location that is easily accessible and against a wall. Clear any obstacles within 3ft on each side and 6ft in front. Remember to place the Waterproof pad when you use the Mopping feature or on the carpet.

5. What is the compatible voltage for eufy Clean G40?

It has 2 versions (220V-240V; 100V-120V) that are compatible with the voltage requirements of different countries/regions. Please choose the suitable version as required when you purchase your RoboVac.
