How to change the measurement unit on the scale?

There are two ways to switch the unit: Simply press the UNIT button on the back of the scale to switch between Pounds, Stone, and Kilograms. Or please go to the settings page on the eufyLife app, select the device, then click “unit” to change it.

Is it possible to sync data with other apps like Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, etc.?

Currently, the eufyLife app connects with these fitness apps: Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit.

I added several family members in my account. Can the measurements sync to the correct profile automatically?

Yes. The measurement will be automatically recorded to the member that has the same/nearest weight (±3kg) according to the history data. If there are multiple members who have same weight records, you may need to assign measurements manually.

My family wants to use this scale with their accounts. Can the measurements sync to the correct accounts automatically?

Yes, you can share the scale with your family members in the device management section of the EufyLife app. Prior to sharing the scale, please make sure they have already installed the EufyLife app and registered for an account.

Is the body fat % accurate or an approximation?

The body fat % is an approximation obtained from sending a finite electric current through your body from one foot to the other and measuring the resistance.
