Solutions to Problems That May be Encountered in Use

1. Unable to Connect Bluetooth:

Please connect Bluetooth from the APP instead of phone system, if you connect from phone system, it will show you that the phone doesn’t support this device.

2. Printing is not Centered or Paper Skips:

Please choose the correct printing paper size and patterns in APP otherwise the issues such as printed content cannot be centered and paper skips (It prints on one then skips one leaving unused labels in between) will occur. The free paper roll which is put inside the machine is in 12mmx40mm size (1 printer+1 roll of paper set). And for other paper size information, please find it in label package box body or use a ruler to measure it when you feel confused.

3. The Print Content is Blurry:

When the power of the printer is low, the printed fonts will be blurry or stops working, so please don’t forget to charge the label maker.

4. The Printing Paper Keeps Falling off During Printing and Sticks to the Print Head：

Please roll back the printing paper tightly if it is not used for a long time, leaving it loosely would cause the printing jam because of stickers might fall off from the paper roll during printing.

5. The Printing is Mottled:

Wet a cotton swab with alcohol and then wipe gently the print head to clean it regularly to remove dust for maintaining good printing results.

6. Suddenly Stop Working or Can’t Find D30 When Connecting to Bluetooth in APP:

If you cannot print suddenly, please restart your phone or reinstall the APP. You can also try another phone to determine if the printer has the problem. Remember to check if Bluetooth is not authorized for the print master when fail to pair BT.
